Visual identity for a vegetarian restaurant whose mission is to recreate traditional Portuguese dishes, which traditionally include meat or fish, in vegetarian dishes, but whose flavors and visual appearance remain as similar as possible.

The identity aimed to adopt the same tone: using the representation of protein (meat or fish) through the addition of vegetables, and creating this ambiguity… we see protein, but it's actually plant-based.

“We've given memory our starting point, paving the way for a unique path in plant-based cuisine. We find its perfect expression in tradition, through which we value the composition of each dish beyond the protein. The plurality of cultures, of Portuguese recipes and the world that subsists and practices here, inspires the most curious and restless spirits. The obvious breaks down barriers and challenges us to question how far we've come, where we're going. If in jargon the expression "Nem Carne Nem Peixe” (Neither Meat Nor Fish) conveys some vagueness, something that cannot be identified, for us it is the acknowledgment of what we eat through our taste buds. The conversion of the animal to a tangible vegetable. Allow yourself to be immersed in lifelong memories and create new sensations.”
